By commissioning me, you are automatically agreeing to my terms and conditions. I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

Write your commission request in the form below in a clear manner (found in the FAQ, Provide a complete reference sheet (or a flat color photo) of the character you want drawn. I will not accept character descriptions as a reference sheet.
Do not rush me on my work. Please know, it is of course 100000% okay for you to message me and ask how your work is coming along, yet if you do so in an angry manner and give me a due date or something along the lines of that, I'll probably just be really sad :(
As the commissioner, you of course have the right to use the artwork on your page or website with the proper permission and credit to me. You CANNOT claim the work as your own or refuse to put up credit, if this happens I will add you to my blacklist and refuse to accept any commissions or art requests from you in the future.
As the artist, I am free to use the art I have created for my own self promotion. I will not be taking credit of character creation and design, nor ownership of the character, but I will still use the artwork for whatever purpose I feel necessary to promote myself and my commissions.
The people who are listed here are not permitted to directly purchase any art, designs, or customs that were created by me.

payment plan
If you cannot afford a commission from me right off the bat yet you want to order one, please know I am open to payment plans. This could be for a majority of reasons, one of the most common being that i have found people afraid of being scammed. If you find it more comfortable to pay half upfront and the other half upon receiving frequent updates / upon near completion, that is perfectly okay! Please just specify it in your message.
If you need a more specific payment plan, feel free to message me about it and we can work out your own custom payment plan for our shared convince. I will not begin a commission without receiving some pay upfront.
refund policy
If It has been over 1 month and I have given you no recent updates on your commission, or even if I have, you have the right to request a refund from me at any time. It often depends on how much of your commission I have finished to know if I will give you a refund, so it is wise to ask what stage I am on drawing to know what percentage of a refund you will be receiving. If the commission is over 80% complete, I will finish your commission and will not refund you.
Nothing is complete - Full refund
Sketch is complete - You will get a 80% refund
Line art is complete - You will get a 70% refund
after that your piece is already very close to being finished and I will no longer offer refunds.

When you buy an adopt or custom design from me and you upload them to toyhou.se, please link directly to my account.
My toyhou.se account is bugsboy.
I do not accept refunds for characters I create and sell. It does not matter how much you don't want the character anymore, much like how I cannot force you to give up the character even if I offer a refund. If you are disconnected to the character you have purchased, you of course are allowed to sell them! If alot of time has passed and you do not remember what or how much you bought them for, or if in the time period you've had them added extra art, feel free to estimate/add to the price! I don't care. just dont sell a $10 character for $50 with no extra art lol

How do I order a commission?
To order a commission, send me a note on this account filling out the pertaining form linked on my official commission post! you can contact me by shooting me an email at [email protected], or messaging my toyhou.se account or twitter account directly. I will most likely get back to you fastest through toyhou.se and twitter!
Where do I pay?
If you are paying VIA paypal, please specify in your message/email and I will send you my account information. Please pay upfront through the 'goods and services' option unless other payment plans were specified.
